We are so grateful for the energy, support, and community spirit that filled our halls each day. 🎉 Celebrating a Fantastic Week at KPES 💃🕺 Spring Dance Success A HUGE thank you to our PTA members for organizing and volunteering at such a fun Spring Dance! The students had an absolute blast—and some of them can really cut a rug! Once we have the final total of funds raised, we will be happy to share the results with you. All proceeds will support our outdoor learning initiatives, helping us continue to grow meaningful, hands‑on learning experiences for students. 📚 Scholastic Book Fair Thanks A big thank you to Mrs. Klohn for organizing our Book Fair, and to the many parent volunteers who came in to help make it such a success. We truly love having families in the building—it makes our school feel connected, welcoming, and vibrant. 🗓️ Week-at-a-Glance 📝 Report Cards — Monday Report cards will go home with students on Monday, March 30th. 📅 Parent‑Teacher Conferences Families are invited to meet with teachers at the following times: Wednesday, April 1 — 3:30–6:30 PM Thursday, April 2 — 9:00–11:30 AM These conversations are a wonderful opportunity to celebrate progress and partner around next learning steps. The appointment booking link will go out on Monday. 📌 School Schedule Reminders There will be no school on Friday, April 3rd for Good Friday. There will also be no school on Monday, April 6th for Easter Monday. We hope all families enjoy this lovely long Easter weekend filled with rest and time together. 🌍 Greater KPES Community 🏃 Indoor Track Meet (Grades 3–5) Families of students in Grades 3–5 may be interested in the upcoming Indoor Run‑Jump‑Throw Track Meet happening in early April. Track Meet Information Sheet 📰 New Brunswick Black History Society – Spring Newsletter The Spring 2026 NBBHS Newsletter is available and highlights local Black history, youth engagement, and upcoming community events. Families are encouraged to explore the newsletter together. Spring Newsletter 🧹 Willow Grove Spring Clean‑Up Families are invited to participate in the Annual Willow Grove Spring Clean‑Up in May, honouring the historic Black Settlement Burial Ground and Willow Grove Church.
