Panther Weekly Update March 16-20

Week of March 16–20

Hello Panther Families,

I hope everyone had great weekend! Sorry that I wasn’t able to get this message out yesterday.

Staff spent Friday on report card preparation, and we are looking forward to welcoming students back for a busy and exciting few weeks ahead.

🍀 St. Patrick’s Day – Tuesday, March 17

Students are invited to wear green on Tuesday to join in the fun of St. Patrick’s Day!

⭐ French Cultural Week – Coming Soon! (A week behind the actual week)

From March 23–27, we will be celebrating French Cultural Week with a soft, fun, school‑wide approach:

  • Morning announcements highlighting the importance of the week
  • A performance by Roland Bibeau on Wednesday, March 25, 1:15–2:15
  • Maple toffee treats delivered to classrooms
  • A Tintamarre parade to end the week

To help us celebrate, students are invited to:

  • Bring a small noisemaker (maraca, or a homemade one such as a bottle with rice)
  • Wear blue, red, and yellow on parade day

📝 Report Cards & Parent–Teacher Interviews

Teachers are working hard on assessments and report cards.

  • Report cards will go home on Monday, March 30.
  • Parent–teacher interviews will be held on April 1 (evening) and April 2 (morning).
We will once again use an online booking system. We are planning in-person for all spots, but can arrange a virtual time if that is all that works for specific individuals. More details will be shared soon.

❤️ Thank You

As always, thank you for your support, your flexibility, and for sharing your wonderful children with us each day. We’re excited to dive into spring activities and learning together!

Wishing you a great week ahead,
Melissa
